3Knots Digital is a digital engineering and design studio based in Austin, Texas, United States. Formal project work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract when issued.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes — learning about our services, reviewing our work, and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems
• Scrape, harvest, or copy site content at scale without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through forms or messaging channels

Our brand name, knot mark, and related identity assets are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Briefs, inquiries & proposals

Submitting a contact form or message does not create a binding project agreement. We review briefs and respond when there is a potential fit. Any fees, timelines, deliverables, and ownership terms are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract accepted by both parties.

Information you share in a brief should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload confidential materials you are not authorized to share. Mutual NDAs are available on request before deeper discovery.

5. Project engagements

When you engage 3Knots Digital for artificial intelligence, web development, mobile apps, brand and creative, digital marketing, eBook publishing, or related services:

• Scope, fees, payment schedule, and delivery milestones are defined in the signed proposal or SOW
• Client materials, access credentials, and feedback must be provided on agreed timelines so delivery can proceed
• Change requests outside the agreed scope may require revised pricing and schedule
• Unless the contract says otherwise, final deliverables transfer as described in the signed agreement after full payment of amounts due

These website Terms do not replace a signed project contract. If there is a conflict, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

6. Careers

Job listings and applications are invitations to apply, not offers of employment. We review applications at our discretion and may close roles without notice.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the public website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Knots Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid project work, liability limits are set in the applicable contract.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed project contract specifies a different governing law for that engagement. Courts in Travis County, Texas shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

10. Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish updates. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
