Send the brief. We reply the same business day.
Tell us the goal, the timeline, and the technology you already use. A producer reads it and replies with whether we are the right fit, and what happens next.

Practices From artificial intelligence to brand, marketing, and publishingHow a project runs.
Every project has an owner, a date, and a weekly review. Design is not passed to a separate company to build.
-
01
Scope, in writing
The goal, the constraint, and the timeline are written down before a design file is opened.
-
02
One project owner
A 3Knots lead stays on the work. You see a demo every week, with dates you can plan around.
-
03
Design with engineering
Layouts and code are reviewed in the same meeting, from the first screen through to release.
-
04
Tested, then live
Automated checks and a human review. Then a live address, with the files and the repository in your name.
Where we work.
Six markets. The industry changes. The way a project is run does not.
01
Publishing & media
Covers, author websites, and the production work behind a book launch.
02
Real estate & property
Listing tools, appraisal review, and software a property team uses every day.
03
SaaS & technology
Product websites, admin tools, and assistants built into the product.
04
E-commerce & retail
Online stores, shopping apps, and a brand that matches the shop floor.
05
Healthcare
Patient portals and intake, designed carefully and tested before they go live.
06
Professional services
Logos, websites, and client tools for firms that sell their expertise.

-
01
Publishing
A book is one job: the cover, the interior, and the website that presents the title, on a single schedule.
-
02
Artificial intelligence
An AI feature is finished when the team that owns the work can run it without us in the room.

03
Delivery
You get one lead, a weekly review, and designers in the same meeting as the engineers who build the work.
Selected work.
Six pieces from recent client work. The full set is on the work page.
Talk with the studio.
Bring the project. We will name the lead, when it can start, and how you will review the work.
Let’s TalkWays to hire us.

From the studio.
Notes on artificial intelligence, software, and design, written for people who have to put the work into production.
All notes →Questions before you start.
Straight answers for companies deciding whether 3Knots is the right studio.
01 What do you build?
Artificial intelligence, web development, mobile apps, brand and creative, digital marketing, and eBook publishing. Hosting, testing, and project management are part of that work, not a separate sales pitch.
02 What does working together look like?
A short discovery, then a written plan. Design and engineering review the work together. You have one lead, a weekly demo, and testing before anything goes live.
03 Can a first version launch quickly?
Yes. For a focused product we plan about ninety days: the flows that prove the idea, built so the product can grow. It is not a prototype meant to be thrown away.
04 Who owns the product and the code?
You do. Source code, design files, and the production repository transfer with the delivery.
05 How do we start?
Send a short brief: the goal, the timeline, and the technology you already use. A producer reads it the same business day and replies with fit and next steps.
06 Can you join a team we already have?
Yes. On a team extension, our specialists join your meetings and your repository. A 3Knots lead remains your point of contact.
07 What happens after launch?
We can stay on to run, support, and improve the product. Or we hand it over with documentation, named owners, and a clean repository.
08 Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before a brief is discussed in detail, whenever you ask for one.
